This skill is replaced by Triple Trap (requires set bonus Triple Trap).
Effects
Using this skill places a Trap on the ground that lasts for 1 minute, until an enemy enters it. The first enemy to enter the trap is dealt damage and is applied Rooted for 30 seconds. This effect has a 50% chance to be broken on damage.
Trait Interactions
- The trait Emergency Preparations in the Trapper of Foes trait tree makes it so that when the Hunter evades an incoming enemy attack, a Trap of the same effect of this skill is placed in front of you. This effect can occur once every 8 seconds.
- The trait Combat Traps in the Trapper of Foes trait tree reduces the cooldown of this skill by up to 15 seconds and increases the damage by up to 50%.
- The trait Advanced Placement in the Trapper of Foes trait tree makes this skill ground-targeted at a range of 10m. Further ranks increase the range by up to 10m.
- Specializing in the Trapper of Foes trait tree removes the Induction of this skill and makes it able to be used while moving.
- The trait Complex Mechanisms in the Trapper of Foes trait tree increases the resistance penetration of this skill by up to 10%.
- The set bonus Triple Trap in the Trapper of Foes trait tree replaces this skill with Triple Trap.
